Prepare calculation sheet for progressed work with proper substantiation document.

Prepare contract with detailed specifications, tendering, preparing BOQ, quantity take off from drawings and site measurements.

Check bills, rate analysis and pricing, audit material consumption and reconciliation.

Document monthly statement which includes the value of permanent work, any other items in the bill of quantities, adjustment under price adjustments and change of legislation and sum to which contractor may be entitled under the contract.

Evaluate sub contractors monthly statement.

Participate in meetings/ internal discussions and outside office discussions with clients and engineers.

Well versed with software of MS Project and Primavera.

• Finalizing requirements & specifications in consultation with engineers, external suppliers, contractors.
• Execution of substructure, superstructure, pre-stressing, post tensioning, box girders, shuttering and reinforcement works.
• Responsible for bar bending schedule, fixing of reinforcement, fixing formwork, erecting scaffolding, planning shuttering material.

• Execution of all types of foundations and substructure works
• To handle the activities like shuttering & reinforcement, bar bending, fixing of reinforcement.
• Knowledge of reinforced concrete, post tension bridge work and fixing formwork & erecting scaffolding and planning shuttering material are some of the essential activities.
